Transaction Coordinator

Job Summary

The Transaction Coordinator’s responsibility is to provide a highly focused level of support and service to real estate agents and their client(s) by managing the various administrative tasks involved with contract-to-closing in a real estate transaction and ensuring they are accomplished.

Job Duties

  • Act as a liaison between all parties (agents, clients, lenders, attorneys, and vendors)
  • Provide consistent and proactive communication with all parties
  • Prepare Listing Agreements, contracts, amendments, and related documents
  • Gather necessary documentation and distribute to appropriate parties
  • Track and monitor key contract dates
  • Coordinate and schedule inspections, repairs, closings, etc.
  • Ensure file compliance with brokerage policies

Key Competencies and Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Real Estate License preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in real estate or related field
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
