Director of Business Development & Relocation

David is a native of Columbus, Ga, where he met his wife, and they continue to reside and raise their two boys. David has been at Coldwell Banker since February of 2021, after leaving the corporate landscape of TSYS. Prior to TSYS, he had 3 years of banking experience in branch management at Synovus.

Prior to his professional experience, he graduated from Auburn University in 2014 with a Bachelors degree in Anthropology.

David and his wife got married in 2014 and had their first child in 2016. Their oldest son is currently navigating the excitement of new adventures. Their youngest son is trying his hardest to, well, do the same as his older brother.

After starting his role as Director of Relocation at Coldwell Banker in February of 2021, he immediately felt impacted by the great staff at KPDD. Eventually, his role adapted to take on company business development, in addition to the existing relocation responsibilities. He received his Georgia RE Sales person license a year later, to the day, in 2022.

In this role, he looks to assist buyers and sellers needing residential relocation, whether across zip codes or coastlines, and to gain lasting and strategic business partnerships with relocation companies, web/tech resources, builders, lenders, businesses, etc, to meet the needs of their clients and employees.

Likewise, his goal for the agents at KPDD is to allocate excellent leads & business by utilizing many of the industry leaders, products, and services to better serve these agents.

David sees this role as a great opportunity to grow lasting partnerships, both personally and business-minded, to benefit the team of agents, their clients, and bring opportunities to Columbus and the surrounding area.

Additionally, he sees this role as a way to benefit families and businesses across the country, with a focus to assist anyone requiring real estate or agent services. He is located in Columbus, Ga, but helping buyers & sellers connect with Realtors across the country.
