Dedrick was born and raise in Southwest Georgia. He is the proud father of two beautiful children Amyria and Jaylin. He attended Columbus State University after high school here in Columbus, Ga. before transferring to Georgia Perimeter College in Atlanta Ga to pursue a Bachelors in Business Administration.

Dedrick is a very caring outgoing person and love to spend his free time helping others and watching sports. Dedrick also enjoys watching movies and traveling with his kids.

After serving as Owner/CEO of an auto transportation company, Gold Water Logistics for a few years Dedrick decided to pursue his career in Real Estate, which for a long time has been a passion for him to join the industry. His experience as a leader of a company and entrepreneur skills helps him enter the real estate industry readily prepared.
