My name is Karoushia Jordan, referred to as Kay. I am a native of Columbus, GA having graduated from: Hardaway High School, Columbus State University, and Troy University. While I identify as a native of Columbus my family did not settle in the city until I was in middle school. Prior to this I moved around extensively as an “Army Brat”.

I have worked at Army Community Services on Fort Benning. Helping Army families discover resources to meet the varied needs Army families have as they navigate the Army family lifestyle. This position required exceptional people skills and a strong ability in knowing how to market goods and services. A solid skill set I bring into my Real Estate profession. I commit to working effectively and efficiently to ensure needs, wants, and desires are being met in the purchasing or selling of a home.

My background as an “Army Brat” and working at Army Community Service gives me great insight into the special needs of people that are relocating regardless of the distance of the relocation. I will work to ensure that the individuals I work with are informed and have accessed beneficial resources in the decision making process of buying and selling their home.

Working with individuals and/or families either buying or selling a home is not just a profession it is a passion. I appreciate the opportunity to work with persons in their real estate goals. I am aware of the trust required in buying and selling a homes I welcome the opportunity to work with individuals and families in the adventure of buying and/or selling their home earning their trust celebrating the achievement of a goal.
