LeighAnn Floyd DiCesaris is an Alabama native who grew up in the woods of Franklin in the heart of Macon County. She enjoyed playing basketball, softball, and playing in the band. She was Salutatorian of her graduating class from Notasulga High School and took learning seriously. As a child of her small family church, she always looked forward to the summer camping program and fell in love with Jesus and ministry while there.

LeighAnn attended Huntingdon College in Montgomery, AL and graduated with a degree in Biology and Christian Education. While at Huntingdon, she played softball, was involved deeply in creating and running campus activities, joined AOII and served in campus ministries. She then attended Troy University and obtained her Masters in Public Administration Nonprofit Management. While at Huntingdon, she met her now husband Leo, who is a Columbus native.

LeighAnn spent a year serving with the Birmingham YWCA Americorp program before moving with her husband to Columbus when he opened his family owned restaurant Cerrone's Brick Oven Pizzeria. LeighAnn joined the staff at Teen Advisors, Inc. where she served in the high school ministry before becoming their first Community Development Director. Throughout her time as community development director, she fell in love with the Chattahoochee Valley and all it has to offer for every person in the community. Connecting with local nonprofits, businesses, and government she developed many collaboration opportunities. She also began to develop multilevel social media campaigns to engage all age groups and backgrounds and found that she had a love for creative design work and storytelling.

LeighAnn moved into the role of Marketing and Agent Engagement Director of Coldwell Banker Kennon, Parker, Duncan and Davis in May 2022 where she is able to design social campaigns for the business and agents alike. She works to grow social networks, enhance community engagement, and coach local agents and help them navigate this modern age of social technology and connect with their community.

LeighAnn says that she lives her life soaked in the hope of Jesus. She believes firmly that using her core strengths, from Clifton strengths finder, which include positivity, developer, belief, connectedness, empathy, and responsibility allow her to connect and encourage others wherever she goes. LeighAnn's greatest job is parenting her two little ones Emmy and Max and encouraging her husband as he continues to grow and care for their now established family pizza restaurant.
