Hello, my name is Scott Rosales and I want to support you during one of the most important life events you will go through. Whether it's buying your first home, selling the home you've made precious memories in, or creating financial freedom through investment properties I want to be with you through every step of the process.

I moved to the Chattahoochee Valley in 1994 and have watched our area grow in leaps and bounds in just that relatively short amount of time. I spend many weekends driving through random neighborhoods, looking at homes and just exploring our diverse community. This fun activity, at least to me, helps me to keep current on our continually changing area and eventually led me to transition into a career helping others in real estate. When not looking at houses you can find me enjoying time with my wife, and realtor partner, Heather, and our son Alex, taking advantage of some of our great local activities such as best in class mountain bike trails, indoor rock climbing, hiking, kayaking, or enjoying a fine meal at our local restaurants.

Prior to joining the KPDD team I was a Project Manager for an international eCommerce Platform and was trusted to manage multi-million dollar strategic accounts so I understand the importance of making sure that you and your hard earned financial investment is treated with the respect it deserves. I will use the same attention to detail and effective communication skills that allowed me to successfully manage and grow these accounts to make sure we have a winning strategy and help you understand every step it takes to get to the closing table.
