About
Hello there! I'm Teresa, and if you've ever wondered if the perfect home exists, well, I can tell you it might not be perfect, but the best home for your family is definitely out there. Whether you're contemplating selling your home and feeling a mix of excitement and nerves about the change, I get it. After 20 moves spanning 33 years, I've lived through all those emotions and everything in between. My goal is to make your search for a home as smooth as possible.
I understand the questions that come with such a significant decision - is it big enough, is it close to schools and work, what's there to do in the area? I know where to begin and can guide you to a place you'll truly want to call home.
My approach starts with listening. I want to understand your goals and concerns, and from there, I provide clear and concise feedback. You can trust me to be considerate of your time and diligent in finding a home that fits your needs. I'm organized, attentive to details, and genuinely enjoy the research process. I have a multitude of resources to help you make the best decision for your family.
Having had the opportunity to live in various areas of the country and even internationally, I bring a unique perspective to the table. While I grew up in a small town in Jackson County, Florida, my roots are in Columbus, GA, where my grandparents grew up. I left the Sunshine State to attend Judson College in Marion, AL, where I earned a bachelor's degree in business and met my husband, Chris.
Our military journey took us to numerous places, with thirty-three years and 20 moves under our belts. Eventually, the Army brought us back to Fort Benning, and we transitioned to civilian life as the installation transformed into Fort Moore.
I'm truly blessed with a wonderful family - a supportive husband, Chris, and two young adults, Patrick and Elizabeth, who are living their best lives. I've been actively involved in the military community as a volunteer, worked for a financial planning company, and currently hold the position of a budget analyst for the federal government on Fort Moore.
Maintaining family connections while building new relationships across the world has been both challenging and fun. Now, I'm excited to settle into the Columbus-Phenix City area, grow my roots, and serve this community. Let me help you find the house that your family will turn into a home.
