My name is Colby Flynn and I'm a licensed REALTOR(R) with Coldwell Banker KPDD. I was born and raised in Alabama and grew up in the Chattahoochee Valley. After living out west for a few years and moving again in 2020, it feels incredible to be back in my hometown. The Columbus, Georgia area has truly transformed into a beautiful place to work, play, and call home.

I live on a little one acre homestead in Smiths Station with my husband, two dogs, and nineteen chickens. I enjoy getting outdoors whether I'm cycling, practicing yoga, or hiking with my family. If I'm not working on real estate, then you might find me working on a project in my garden or grabbing a coffee at Fountain City.

My background is in customer service and sales, previously working as a personal trainer and fitness coach for six years. I'm no stranger to performing, doing the hard work and showing up for my clients. While working in the fitness industry, I also created a business that sold handmade candles to local boutiques, shops, and customers at Market Days downtown. Through this experience, I gained valuable business and marketing skills that sparked my interest in starting a career as a realtor.

My absolute favorite part of real estate is having meaningful interactions and building relationships with people. I value advocating for my clients by making sure that their needs are met and their voice is heard.
