About

Helping clients find or sell a home and overseeing the entire process is something Ginger finds exciting and rewarding. Her journey in real estate began in 2001 when she became a transaction and marketing coordinator for a top real estate team with Coldwell Banker KPDD, and she earned her license in 2003. After taking a five year leave of absence to raise her young children, she returned to a supporting role as a marketing and transaction coordinator for Lynda Worthington. Having participated in hundreds of transactions, she brings a depth of experience in marketing, technology, relocation services, and understands the complexities of real estate sales. Her diligence, detail oriented mindset, and knowledge make her a valuable asset to her clients. Ginger's goal is to build lasting relationships with her clients and to ensure a seamless, successful, and enjoyable experience by listening carefully to their needs and providing the best client service.

Ginger is a Columbus native with an inherited exposure to real estate. Her father, Gary Hall, was a local homebuilder and is now a commercial agent with Coldwell Banker KPDD and her late grandfather, Lloyd Hall, had been active in real estate since 1963. Ginger currently resides in Harris County with her husband, daughter, and identical twin sons. She is an interior and landscape design enthusiast with a passion for gardening and creative projects. In their free time, Ginger and her family can usually be found at the ballfield.
