About

Delaney Groce began her real estate career as a buyer's agent with a top producer in Baton Rouge, La. right after Hurricane Katrina hit Louisiana. She quickly fell in love with helping family and clients make some of the biggest decisions of their lives - buying a home. In 2009, she partnered in real estate with her husband, Garrett Groce, and together they specialized in helping first-time home buyers, foreclosures, and investment properties. Working alongside the foreclosure legend, the late Janice Beam aka "The Beamer" - they learned everything they needed to know regarding bank-owned properties.

In 2012, they partnered with Paul Fincher and other agents to form Groce & Fincher Real Estate Professionals. Later that year Delaney had the opportunity to step back and take the time to raise their three children who were all born within a three-year span. In 2018 she started back part-time to assist with recruitment, career seminars and the online real estate school. During this process, she had the unique opportunity to meet some amazing individuals entering the industry and formed relationships with many agents in Columbus.

Now, Delaney is a full-time agent whose greatest joy is helping people find the best home to meet their specific needs and budget. With 14 years of experience living and working in Columbus, she is an excellent resource for connecting people and helping others get plugged into the city she calls home. As a self-proclaimed "Columbusite," Delaney loves to tell people why she loves Columbus and the surrounding areas.

Delaney attended Louisiana State University, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Marketing. She has been a member of the Circle of Excellence and Pacesetters Club. Delaney and her husband love to travel and explore God's creation with their three kids, Camille, Olivia and Callen. Their children attend Britt David Magnet Academy and Calvary Christian School.
