We market your property on kpdd.com and the major rental networks, run the showings, and screen every applicant the same way: credit, criminal background, employment and income verification, and rental history. Lease drafting, signing, and renewals are handled in-house.
Rent collection & owner accounting
Tenants pay online through the tenant portal. You get monthly statements, year-end 1099s, and on-demand access to your account through the owner portal — no chasing checks.
Maintenance coordination
Tenant requests come in through the portal and our 24/7 phone line. We dispatch vetted vendors for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and turnover work, supervise the job, and reconcile the invoice on your statement.
