Unfortunately, for first time home buyer I did not have a great experience. My agent, Joshua Talia either did not communicate, delayed or poor communication! There are several times I did know he spoke with Seller's Agent. I was only be informed through I talk to him today, yesterday, last week, etc. It is almost like having an Attorney and your Attorney speaks to Prosceutor and do not tell you. I had to ask several times do you guys know each other!? He was contact me on what I wanted to do then said he was not going to stay up till midnight. Midnight was my deadline time. I am a professional woman and actually goes to bed fairly early therefore because of both would not contact business that late. When i responded approx, 8:30pm no response at all! But mind you I was contacted a few times in a short period of time asking what i wanted to do but you would assume then that he needed my response. I did not heat from him until next day for him to say i did not needed to respond unless I wanted to withdraw. Well if that is the case when contact me to ask and how would you know what I wanted to do before you never responded! I am guessing he read what I stated but unprofessionally did not respond back. At the very beginning of the offer process he stated he was fine with accepting the lesser commission. Beyond that day it was not discussed any further......until less than two weeks before closing Agent, Joshua emailed me to state I was going to ask Attorney to attach the commission difference to my closing. I don't think so! He was combative and argumentative with me barely shortly after my first viewing of home. During inspection there were some things that could/was not tested. When I voiced my concerns and wanted to make sure he asked....what makes me think that the first time I viewed home and air conditioner was working that it still was not working?! I reminded him that unfortunately when things goes out there is no warning...they just stop working. I asked for repairs to be made to put the property the way it was stated in listing. For him to say it is a Fannie Mae as is. "As Is" does not include what is stated to have been done. I forced the issue and some repairs was agreed. I can imagine how he was so-called attempting to fight for me and my needs/wants to the Seller's Agent. I doubt not much! It got to the point that I did not want anymore calls due to feeling that with lack or poor communication I needed digital proof. So only contacts were emails with Broking Manager Steven included. But then after closing I made contact to inform that Seller's Agent stated lockbox still left on property was my Agent's Agency. A few days after closing/moving in I asked and it was stated it was Seller's Agent. I emailed to have no response from either, Joshua or Steven. So I sent another one.....still nothing! I finally decided to call before I filed complaint. Rep stated it was and usually Seller's Agent lockbox. If so, you would have thought over 3 weeks...they would have said that...but no. Come to find out yes it was my Agent's Agency lockbox after all. I was then given instructions to remove myself. Smh which I could not figure out to do. Thankfully, Steven came over to remove and also cutted off the locks for the keys Seller did not provide and replaced locks as well. In the future, I will definitely investigate more of whom I appoint as my Realtor to represent me properly even I potentially have to lose a home of my dreams!

Tyler was beyond outstanding, I can’t even put into words what he did for us. I tried to sell my house for several months with absolutely no hits. I was stressed to the max and didn’t know how I was gonna pay bills since I was paying for two mortgages. My wife knew Tyler’s wife and that’s how I got in touch with him. After talking to him he could tell how stressed and frustrated I was. Tyler told me to not worry and he would take care of me and my family. I needed to sell my GA property, while living out of state and extremely far away from the property. After doing a search for real estate agents in the area, I came across Coldwell Banker, who was highly rated. They paired me with Rolanda, who immediately gave me the impression that she was highly knowledgeable, confident, and communicative.This sale was handled 100% remotely, and the home needed a lot of work. This kind of sale can be high-anxiety, especially because I had zero connections and very little knowledge about the area. Rolanda helped me with the entire process of assessment, comparable research, coordinating repairs/remodeling, and of course marketing/sales/negotiations. I didn't want to spend too much money on the rehab, so Rolanda connected me with professional, well-priced contractors. Through the entire process, she was thoughtful and communicative while protecting my interests, which is important for a remote sale.I wasn't initially sure if I would profit from selling the property, but because the rehab was at a reasonable cost and Rolanda has an excellent network of buyers/investors, the home was sold for a price far beyond my expectations. Leonard was super helpful in the beginning of the process. He knew Columbus well and gave us good insight on where we might want to live as new parents (access to day care, good schools, etc.). In regard to the process, there were times we felt a little in the dark and unsure of the process, like when the contingency period was cut short due to us taking on a new lender. There were times in which we felt Leonard could've been more proactive in keeping us in the loop, however, he did respond anytime we reached for updates. Leonard was effective in getting us one of most significant repairs, the roof, done before. closing however he hesitated to negotiate some of the additional fixes that we felt could have easily been taken care of by the sellers.

We have used Jeanne as our agent for two transactions so far, a sale and a purchase. In each case, she was spot on with regard to pricing and offer (the house she sold for us went in one day at list). With regard to the purchase (just close - it will be our new residence), she has been steadfastly patient as we looked at numerous houses over the past year. We will be using her to sell the home in which we currently live.

Linda is a true professional and her expertise and guidance resulted in very positive results regarding the sale of my home. Her recommendation for a specific sub-contractor to do repair work saved me quite a bit of money compared to the other quotes I received, and the workmanship was excellent. Linda negotiated a higher price than the offer I received and was instrumental in saving me money with respect to a few items the house inspector recommended to be done. We had a good home-buying experience with Paul. I did feel like the inspector that was recommended wasn't very good, but he was "adequate". There were a number of things missed on the inspection and some information that would have been helpful. Things like age of the furnace, showers/tubs being painted and that paint peeling, and the fact that 90% of the outlets wouldn't hold anything plugged in. We learned a lot through the process and once we communicated our wants/needs - that's exactly what we got! I would very much recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the Columbus area!
