Proudly born and raised in Columbus GA, Hunter Patchin has a love for his hometown and the people that are in it. Recently, Hunter and his wife, Tori, lived in Minnesota as Tori began her career with Delta Air Lines. They have now made the move back to their hometown to raise their growing family near family and friends.

With the move back, Hunter has enjoyed getting back to work at Coldwell Banker KPDD, and is excited to be back in the real estate industry that he loves so dearly. One of his favorite parts of this job is working for his clients to help them find the joy in the buying & selling process while navigating and overcoming the potential issues that can appear along the way.

While in Minnesota, Hunter worked as a sales consultant for ShopSabre CNC, one of the largest American Made CNC machine manufacturers in its industry. He had the privilege of selling to and working with individuals and companies all around the world from small family-owned shops to Fortune 500 companies.

Previously, Hunter was the head of operations at a non-profit leadership development company in Columbus. It was in this role where he found a passion for intentional growth for himself and those around him.

With an excitement about real estate, a passion for growth and development, and a laser focus on sales, Hunter is an ideal Agent Development Advisor for Coldwell Banker KPDD. He loves assisting agents in navigating the waters of real estate to better serve their customers and our community.
