About Melinda
Melinda Bush is a REALTOR with Coldwell Banker Kennon & Parker (KPDD) in Columbus, GA.
My real estate journey started from a young age. Well before the days of the Property Brothers and the Fixer Upper crew, I would skip the Saturday morning cartoons and watch the home shows of yesteryear with my family, getting an all-access view to beautiful homes all from the comfort of our living room. That was the spark that I carried with me all these years, leading to the pursuit of a lifelong dream.
I am a Columbus native and have seen this city grow fruitfully throughout the years. I graduated from Hardaway High School in 2007 and was fortunate to receive an athletic scholarship to Columbus State University where I played soccer and graduated with a bachelor's degree in communications. After college, my career went in many different directions, but I maintained an interest in real estate and in my community. In my free time, I love going to baseball games with my husband (Go Braves!) and spending time outdoors with my dog, Zeus.
When my husband and I were married in April of 2022, we decided no time is perfect for me to chase a dream I have had for so many years, so I began studying to acquire my real estate license - the rest is history.
