Hi there, I'm Alexandria Bowman, your dedicated Licensed Realtor based in Midland, Georgia! With a background in recruiting, I've honed my skills in understanding people's needs and finding the perfect match--now, I'm channeling that expertise into real estate. I also own my own interior styling and home staging business, so I'm well-equipped to help you present your home in its best light and maximize its value.
A proud graduate of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro--"Go Spartans!"--I was the first in my family to attend college. My journey as a first-generation college student has given me a deep appreciation for the value of long-term investments. Having bought and sold multiple homes myself, I understand the importance of finding the right property and making strategic decisions.
As a military spouse with a husband who has proudly served in the Ranger Regiment for the past decade, I'm well-acquainted with the nuances of relocation and the importance of finding a home that fits just right. Most days, you can find me balancing life as a mom to two little girls while trying to keep up with our Golden Retriever and our newest addition: a Dachshund puppy who somehow has the confidence of a dog ten times her size. I know firsthand what makes a home work for different lifestyles. When I'm not assisting clients, you'll find me jumping horses over things, hiking all over North Georgia, and traveling with my family. We would be purchasing a house without being able to see it in person, we were on a pretty tight turnaround timeline, I had never done this before and would likely have a lot of questions - and as a bonus my husband and I are completely opposite people and it was going to take patience unto find the right balance between what we each wanted. She was on top of everything! She toured houses for us in great detail as though it was for herself. She answered any question I asked even the silly ones. She understood that this wasn't our forever home but was still special as our first home together and insured we purchase property that we would have the option to sell or rent afterwards without being impacted financially. We had some unexpected hurdles come up from the seller's side and she rolled with everyone. She understood when I got frustrated and needed to take a step back.. And yet never lost sight of the urgency. I can only hope the next time we buy a house she is also able to sell in that area.

When we really started looking at homes, I respectfully didn’t want just any realtor. I wanted something more personal; someone who knows me, my family and our style. Alex has actually been my childcare client for over 2 years for her precious daughter. While Alex was on her journey to becoming a real estate agent. I told her once she was official, that my family and I would be her first clients. I knew how hard she was working to find some good potential clients, so why not us?
Once we told Alex that we wanted her to be our realtor, we hit the ground running. She was very professional and communicative throughout the whole process. Buying your first home or any home in general can be nerve racking, especially with having young children. Alex made it feel so easy and the way she approached herself, it made us feel like she’s been in this industry for years with her friendliness, communication, work ethic, etc.
