I'm Arrio Granum, and real estate has been part of my family's life for years. My wife and I have been married since 2013, and in 2015 we began investing in real estate together. Since then, we've handled transactions all across the U.S., gaining valuable experience and insight along the way.

I'm originally from Oregon and serve on Active Duty in the Army, so I understand firsthand the challenges that come with frequent moves, tight timelines, and buying from a distance. That perspective, combined with my investing background, shapes how I help clients from all walks of life.
