Hello, I'm Leonard Orenstein, a professional Realtor with Coldwell Banker KPDD in the Columbus, Georgia area. I believe home is where our lives happen, and because of that, my goal is to position my clients to win when buying or selling real estate.

My wife, Heather, and I have been married for 41 years. Our family has been on a path that started in New Jersey, moved us to Pennsylvania for a short time, then moved us to Atlanta for 10 years, where our youngest son was adopted, thus completing our family of three boys. In 2016, we moved again, establishing our roots here in Columbus. We simply fell in love with this community, the people, and everything this region has to offer.

Before real estate, I spent many years in the corporate healthcare sector as an operations manager. That environment taught me how to analyze volatile market shifts and work closely with incredibly diverse groups of people. I learned early on that everyone brings something valuable to the table, and the key to a successful negotiation is listening first, then executing. Real estate transactions can get highly emotional and complex, but my corporate background allows me to serve as the calm in the storm for my clients, keeping the numbers clear and the plan on track. We understand firsthand the importance of having a stable home for your family. It’s where we raised our three boys into men. It’s where you begin each day, where you return after a long shift to relax, and where you map out your family's future. When I’m not working with clients, you will usually find me hiking, running, hitting the gym, or spending time with Heather and our boys. I also dedicate my personal time to serving our community as the Director of M2540, a local homeless ministry that works directly with our unsheltered neighbors.
