Nathan Waters is a proud resident of Auburn, Alabama, where he has lived for over 20 years. A two-time graduate of Auburn University, Nathan has deep roots in this community and a genuine love for the people and culture that make the Auburn-Opelika area such a special place to call home.

Nathan spent nearly 18 years serving students and families at Auburn University, including co-founding the Adapted Athletics program and serving as Assistant Director of the Office of Accessibility. Throughout his career in higher education, his work centered on advocacy, relationship-building, and walking alongside students and families through some of the most important transitions of their lives. That same passion for people is what drives him in real estate today.

Nathan joined Coldwell Banker Kennon & Parker Alliance with a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for buyers and sellers throughout the Auburn-Opelika area. He understands that buying or selling a home is one of the most significant decisions someone can make, and he is dedicated to guiding his clients through that process with honesty, care, and a deep knowledge of the local market.

Outside of real estate, Nathan serves on the board of Hope Namungo, a Christian nonprofit that supports child sponsorships for school in Namungo Village, Uganda. He is an active member of Embrace Church and the Auburn Civitan Club, and enjoys cheering on Auburn athletics with his family.
