Steve Gunn, Licensed in AL and GA

Steve Gunn is a Licensed in AL and GA with Coldwell Banker Kennon & Parker (KPDD) in Columbus, GA.

Welcome, and thank you for visiting my page. My name is Steve Gunn, and I am a licensed real estate agent in both Alabama and Georgia with Coldwell Banker Kennon & Parker in Columbus. I proudly serve buyers and sellers throughout East Alabama and West Georgia, helping clients navigate the real estate process with honesty, communication, and personal attention.

As someone who has lived and worked in this area for many years, I understand the local communities, neighborhoods, schools, and housing market. Whether you are buying your first home, relocating, upgrading, downsizing, or preparing to sell, my goal is to make the experience smooth, informed, and successful from start to finish.

I have spent more than 30 years working in manufacturing in the Columbus area, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, problem-solving, customer service, and attention to detail. Today, I bring those same qualities into my real estate career and work hard to earn the trust of every client I serve.

My wife, Kristie, and I have proudly called Smiths Station home for many years. Our family has strong ties to the local community and schools, especially through our son Austin’s involvement in wrestling at Smiths Station High School. Family and community are very important to me, and I truly enjoy helping others find a place they can call home.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy supporting local high school football and wrestling, spending time with family and our grandchildren, and staying involved in the community. I attend Mount Zion Methodist Church and am a member of the Ruritan Club, East Alabama Board of Realtors and Columbus Board of Realtors.

I believe real estate is about more than just property — it’s about relationships, trust, and helping people make confident decisions during important moments in their lives. I would appreciate the opportunity to help you with your real estate needs and look forward to working with you.
