The Role

The Referral Agent role is for licensed agents who aren't actively practicing but want to keep their license active and earn on the referrals they send our way. You'll hold your license with our referral company, pay a low annual fee, and collect a referral split when your contact closes a transaction with one of our active agents.

Who This Is For

Agents stepping away from full-time production but who still get the occasional "hey, my cousin is moving to Columbus, who do you know?" call.
Agents in another field (mortgage, builder, attorney, military) who can't actively sell but want to monetize their network.
Recently relocated agents holding a Georgia or Alabama license who want to keep it current.
Retired or semi-retired agents.

How It Works

Move your license to our referral company.
When you have a buyer, seller, or renter to refer, send them our way through our intake process.
We match them with the right active KPDD agent for the market and property type.
You collect a referral split at closing — no MLS fees, no Realtor dues, no continuing education hassle from our side.

What We're Looking For

Active Georgia or Alabama real estate license in good standing.
A network you trust — quality of referrals matters more than quantity.
Willingness to follow our referral handoff process so the client experience stays seamless.

Compensation

Referral split paid at closing. Annual referral-company fee disclosed during onboarding. No production minimums.
