We used Tracey to both sell the condo that we had purchased for our sons to live at while they attended Auburn, as well as the house in Auburn Farms that we had purchased afterward to retire in. She was awesome! 5 Stars. We live out of town so she was especially helpful at getting contractors scheduled and in and out of the condo for repairs after the Home Inspection. I couldn't manage that because I live 130 miles from Auburn. She stepped up and delivered. If you are looking to buy or sell in Auburn you should consider Tracey at Coldwell Banker
