Equally useful was knowing when to step away from a property that I really liked when issues showed up that would have made the deal not nearly as good and made for a lot of work after the sale. Overall she helped me end up with a great property that fit me and my family and that we should be very happy at for years to come. He then arranged for me a great cleaning company to come and Do what I needed. He handled all the of the details for everything. I didn't have to worry about anything. My mother in law was not physically able to go to the office to sign the papers, so Adam made a way for her to sign the papers at home. Adam was always very quick to respond to any of our needs. We are so happy with the job he did for us, that we are now having him assist us with finding and purchasing a home.
