She was extremely thorough in every video walkthrough, paid attention to details we wouldn’t have been able to catch ourselves, and always made sure we felt confident in every step of the process. No question ever went unanswered, and she was always available whenever we needed guidance or reassurance.
Not only was Alexandria amazing, but the loan team she connected us with was equally incredible. The communication, professionalism, and support throughout the entire process were truly five-star.
