Pryor Snow Team

About Pryor Snow Team

At Coldwell Banker Kennon & Parker, we value collaboration, relationships, and a genuine commitment to the people we serve. The Pryor & Snow Real Estate Team—West Pryor, Merritt Pryor, and Brad Snow—reflects those values in a way that feels natural and authentic. As Columbus natives and longtime friends, their partnership is rooted in shared history, mutual respect, and a desire to support their clients well.

Their connection goes back years—through school, church, and community involvement here in Columbus—and that foundation carries into how they work today. Having partnered together since 2019, they approach real estate as a team effort, combining their individual strengths and perspectives to help clients navigate important decisions with clarity and confidence. Clients often appreciate the sense of steadiness that comes from knowing they have more than one trusted voice walking alongside them.

West, Merritt, and Brad care deeply about the community they call home. Their local knowledge is shaped not just by market experience, but by years of personal relationships, service, and involvement throughout the area. They understand that buying or selling a home is more than a transaction—it’s a life moment—and they work to make that experience feel supported, informed, and personal.

At its core, the Pryor & Snow Team represents what we believe real estate should be: relational, grounded, and centered on people.
