We had a fantastic experience working with Brad. He truly had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process, he was always accessible, and very detail-oriented. He was very hands on with teaching us how to buy a home as this was our first home buy! We had a very fast timeline and he was able to make it work out perfectly. Brad was a wonderful asset to my husband and me in finding and purchasing our home in Columbus.We recently relocated to Columbus and did not know much about the area or the housing market. Brad was very patient with us as we learned about the community and the options for housing. As a long-term local, he is very knowledgeable about the area, the local recreational amenities, dining, social activities, services available, community civic offerings, and ways to give back. Once we found a house to purchase, Brad was also helpful in recommending painters, renovations resources and amenities near our house. I still think of Brad as my first friend in Columbus!Brad is five star!

We must have looked at a hundred houses in the span of three or four months, and Kat was always patient, and helpful. On several occasions she went out of her way to do virtual walk-throughs for me because my schedule would not allow me to go see a property. As a first time home-buyer, I can say with confidence that she prepared me for the journey ahead. She full of knowledge in all things home, as well as the home buying process. I would recommend her to anyone, but especially those of us who need a little reassurance when making a purchase of this magnitude. I can not thank her enough for everything she did for me.

Looking for a new home for my family as a first time homebuyer was a daunting task - Brad made every step so much more approachable. He never made me feel dumb for questions I asked. He was patient with the specifics of what I was looking for. He made himself available to look at so many houses and arranged it so i could look at several in a quick afternoon. He shared his knowledge and expertise with me in areas I wouldn’t have even known to consider. But the best part of Brad is he is personable. He doesn’t just sell houses because it’s a job - he genuinely cares about the people that he works with. If he’s selling a house for you he will do all that is in his power to get the best deal for you because he cares about you as a person. And if you’re buying it’s the same. He sees each person as an individual and truly cares about the unique needs that each client he works with has. That is worth its weight in gold when you’re doing something as big as buying/selling a home. I recommend Brad to anyone without hesitation.

Working with Brad was such a pleasure! Never once did I feel like he was pushing us to buy a house like a “salesman,” and always felt like he gave honest opinions. Each house he would give pros and cons and honest thoughts of why he would/wouldn’t buy the home. I never felt like he was “just trying to make a sale” or anything like that! I felt he truly wants you to get a good home without any rush. We were grateful for all of his knowledge, walking us through each step, and through the process I felt like we gained a trusted friend. He also has a ton of contacts to helpful people in the home industry from lenders to handymen. 1000% would work with Brad again and recommend him to friends and family! Brad and his team are the best in the business. Brad is the most connected and knowledgeable person of the Columbus, GA area I know. Before getting our house on the market we did a walk through with Brad on things to get the house ready to show. For anything we couldn’t do ourselves, Brad had a great list of people to come do the work. He knows a guy for anything! The selling process was so smooth- from getting the house on the market, scheduling showings, signing paperwork, discussing offers, etc. Within a week, we were under contract and closed a month later. When it came time to sell our home, we knew Brad was the agent we wanted to represent us!

Kat was great throughout the home buying process. She lined up many showings quickly and helped me narrow my search to what was important for me. She was knowledgeable on inspection and how important it was to put offers in when a property looked like it was in high demand. Equally useful was knowing when to step away from a property that I really liked when issues showed up that would have made the deal not nearly as good and made for a lot of work after the sale. Overall she helped me end up with a great property that fit me and my family and that we should be very happy at for years to come.
