Jim Blalock is a REALTOR with Coldwell Banker Kennon & Parker (KPDD) in Columbus, GA.

I grew up in SE Georgia along the Altamaha River and spent my youth between St. Simons Island and the North GA mountains.

I was educated at GA Southern University, spent my 20's in Atlanta and half my 30's in North Carolina before deciding to make Columbus my home.

Together with my wife, Emily, we are raising four beautiful girls. Between sports and social activities there is never a dull moment around my house.

I got my real estate license in 2004 and was fortunate enough to be the #1 Coldwell Banker agent in the state of Georgia in 2008.

I spent the last 8 years as the listing agent for a large builder, selling over 250 homes during that time. I now specialize in assisting both buyers and sellers in a variety of real estate needs. I also buy, remodel, and sell my own houses, while building my rental portfolio.
