Brad Baker
About
Thanks for taking the time to check out our site. Since you found your way to me, I'd love to share a little about who I am.
I'm Brad Baker, a Columbus native. My wife Sally and I met when we were 14 years old at Hardaway High School. We reconnected and began dating in 2007.
Since we married in 2008, we have lived in Nashville, TN, Athens and Atlanta where Sally worked as a high school teacher and I served as a youth minister. In 2011 God blessed us with the adoption of our gorgeous, now five year old daughter Evie. We returned to Columbus in 2015 for Sally to begin work as the Children's Theater and Academy Director for the Springer Opera House. We bought a house in midtown, and have become active at Christ Community Church, the Springer, and many programs around town. After 15 years of working with families in youth ministry, I was content to complete that season and I took a great desk job here.
Spending a year away from ministry taught me a couple of big things about myself. I learned that my biggest career passions are the same as my biggest life passions- improving the lives of others through service and cultivating new relationships. Therefore, we made the decision for me to step out of my perfectly good, well paid, safe job and pursue my passion for people through real estate.
From the time I was 11 to 18, my family lived in nine different places in Columbus. I've lived in Tanglewood, by Double Churches, on 43rd street (three times), off Gentian, on both sides of Glenbrook, on Cross Country (twice), in Mohina Woods, Castlewood, on Stark Avenue, and by Arnold Middle. During that time, the thing I wanted more than anything was a place to truly call home.
There's a difference between having a place to live and having a home. Home doesn't necessarily mean a million dollar mansion. It could mean a budget bungalow. I can't guarantee you a million dollar deal on a thousand dollar budget, but I can promise that I'll tell you the truth, communicate with you, and work dilligently to make your hopes and dreams a reality.
What ever you are looking for and wherever you're coming from, I would be honored to serve you and help you find a place to truly call home. if I can help you in any way, please let me know. Thank you again for your time and consideration of me!
