Natives of Columbus, Ga., West, Merritt, and Brad have known each other for a long time. While West and Merritt met each other on a church trip in seventh grade, and Merritt met Brad via Teen Advisors here in Columbus, West and Brad have been close friends since their days at Shaw High School. They characterize their team as one of friendship in which they share each other's strengths and push one another to step outside their comfort zones--and their clients benefit the most!
