I needed to sell my GA property, while living out of state and extremely far away from the property. After doing a search for real estate agents in the area, I came across Coldwell Banker, who was highly rated. They paired me with Rolanda, who immediately gave me the impression that she was highly knowledgeable, confident, and communicative.This sale was handled 100% remotely, and the home needed a lot of work. This kind of sale can be high-anxiety, especially because I had zero connections and very little knowledge about the area. Rolanda helped me with the entire process of assessment, comparable research, coordinating repairs/remodeling, and of course marketing/sales/negotiations. I didn't want to spend too much money on the rehab, so Rolanda connected me with professional, well-priced contractors. Through the entire process, she was thoughtful and communicative while protecting my interests, which is important for a remote sale.I wasn't initially sure if I would profit from selling the property, but because the rehab was at a reasonable cost and Rolanda has an excellent network of buyers/investors, the home was sold for a price far beyond my expectations. When it was time to put the house on the market, she had many buyers lining up and bidding immediately. During negotiations, Rolanda clearly had my back, followed up diligently, and concisely laid out all the details for me to make the final decisions.Huge thanks to Rolanda for making a 100% remote rehab and sale completely stress-free and profitable!
