Leonard was super helpful in the beginning of the process. He knew Columbus well and gave us good insight on where we might want to live as new parents (access to day care, good schools, etc.). In regard to the process, there were times we felt a little in the dark and unsure of the process, like when the contingency period was cut short due to us taking on a new lender. There were times in which we felt Leonard could've been more proactive in keeping us in the loop, however, he did respond anytime we reached for updates. Leonard was effective in getting us one of most significant repairs, the roof, done before. closing however he hesitated to negotiate some of the additional fixes that we felt could have easily been taken care of by the sellers.
