Coldwell Banker Alliance was incredible to work with in selling our home! Corrie Kent and Bill McCown were great to work with and made the selling process stress-free. We had a contract on our home in four days! I highly recommend this team!!

Patti showed me houses until I found the one right for me. She was relentless in getting me what I needed and helping me understand the purchase process. She has gone far beyond what I ever could have expected from a real estate agent by helping me find contractors and making herself available to let workers in the house, helping me pick out colors of paint and a thousand other things. I trust her opinion implicitly and have benefited beyond measure from her knowledge, expertise, and down to earth kindness and care. I have never had anything close to the positive experience I have had from other real estate agents, even other ones I liked very much. I highly recommend Patti. She deserves much success for all her hard work.

Patti was really great to work with. She helped us purchase a house from out of State so we had to rely on her to do most of the leg work! She was great with recommendations for local companies to work with before and after the purchase. She was very responsive via phone and text any time I needed questions answered (which was a lot!).

Linda is an excellent realtor. I highly recommend her. She was my realtor when I bought my house and again when I sold my house and moved away from the area. She is a great negotiator and with over 40 years experience in Columbus area, she knows the area well and will guide you & protect you. She has great ideas as to what will sell your home. She is always available and there for you.

My company helped me find someone to sell my house for me. What I did not realize is that the person they put me in contact with would be the most perfect person I could have asked for. She was very professional and made the process super easy. I will most definitely tell others to use her for all their buying and selling needs.

Patti listened and worked so patiently to help me find my new home!!! She was always prompt in answering questions and showed houses more than once so my son could also view the houses. She never pushed a house on me and never pushed me to spend more than my budget. In fact, when we got into a bidding war on 2 different properties, she counseled me to make sure I was making the right decisions. I would highly recommend Patti!!

Jeanne is remarkable person and an irresistible force when pursuing the interests of her clients. I've rarely encountered such prompt, sincere and effective attention to detail. Count your lucky stars if she agrees to represent you.

Linda is a true professional and her expertise and guidance resulted in very positive results regarding the sale of my home. Her recommendation for a specific sub-contractor to do repair work saved me quite a bit of money compared to the other quotes I received, and the workmanship was excellent. Linda negotiated a higher price than the offer I received and was instrumental in saving me money with respect to a few items the house inspector recommended to be done. Within three weeks I was closing on the sale of my home and the whole process was seamless. I greatly appreciate Linda's and her staff's attention to detail and recommend her highly!

Linda walked us through the entire process of selling our home and finding/buying our new home with ease! Besides the knowledge her many years of experience brings, it also afforded all the right connections for home repairs and financing, and she doesn’t mince words when called upon for her expertise in the field. Our experience with Linda was seamless and I have no doubt she saved us thousands of dollars along the way!

Linda was amazing and her team was exceptional. She helped us find our dream home when we moved to GA and assisted with anything from hiring inspectors to contractors to handymen to help us with anything we needed. She has a wealth of experience in the field and always presented realistic expectations and an honest opinion. She remained to be a great resource for us throughout our stay in Columbus, GA. When we were relocating we listed our house with Linda and she provided top notch professional experience and our house sold within hours of being on the market! We miss working with Linda now that we have relocated. She fights for her clients and her experience is unmet! Thank you Linda for everything!

Being first-time home buyers, Patti was very patient and understanding with all of our questions and concerns. She was always available and it never felt like we were bothering her with any question we had. We never felt pressured into any decision and always felt like we had time to make the right choice throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend her!

Jeanne doubles as a great Realtor and a great person. She walked me through the process of buying my first house. No where along that process did I ever think she was more concerned about the bottom line over my long-term happiness in my home. Her sage advice paid off. There is no other realtor I would recommend nor any other I would seek in the Columbus area.

Garrett, Paul, Ashley and Kim were very helpful at all times. They worked with my wife and me on both our new home and the sale of our old home. They worked with us to determine best approaches and were always very willing to help with questions, next steps, etc. I would highly recommend them.

Jeanne was great! She responded quickly to all our questions and requests. She guided us through the selling of our home and we went under contract in the first 24 hours. If you are looking for a realtor that works hard for you and gets the job done, Jeanne is the realtor for you.

We highly recommend Jeanne Martz. As we were new to the area she was a great help to us as we were looking for a home and then a few years later helped us sell that house and relocate. Jeanne is not just a realtor, she will be your friend and help you find the perfect place. Jeanne was able to look at the home and give us valuable insights and advice from her experience -- things we did not know we should be aware of or consider. Will we recommend Jeanne? Absolutely!

She has sold 2 properties for me and they have sold really fast. The first property in 2 weeks and the second which was the most recent property sold and it sold within hours. Everything on the closing statement was exactly what she said it was going to be. She is the best realtor in Columbus Georgia.

Thanks to Coldwell Banker and our realtor Corrie Kent! We were looking for a historic home in the Opelika/Auburn area. We wanted something with historic charm that wasn't totally renovated and out of our price range but also wasn't desperate for immediate renovations either. Corrie helped us find the perfect home! We couldn't be happier with our home, all its charm, and the wrap around front porch! Thanks Corrie!

If I were looking for a real estate agent, I would want someone who is competent, fair and customer focused.
I have known Bill McCown for more than twenty years and I have also worked with him. He is one of the most customer focused and fair people that I have ever known. I know without a doubt that you will be more than satisfied with his help in looking for a home or property.
The support people who have worked under his leadership strongly believe in him and will tell you that he treated each individual in a fair and caring manner.
