This office has an amazing realtor working here! Joe Liddy is an amazing person and an excellent realtor. You really feel like he cares about you - what you want and need - it never ever felt like this was about making a sale. He’s super responsive and prompt with updates, questions, and answers. He’s patient and always greeted my incessant calls/emails/texts with happiness. Highly recommend - you will not be disappointed.

We had a good home-buying experience with Paul. I did feel like the inspector that was recommended wasn't very good, but he was "adequate". There were a number of things missed on the inspection and some information that would have been helpful. Things like age of the furnace, showers/tubs being painted and that paint peeling, and the fact that 90% of the outlets wouldn't hold anything plugged in. We learned a lot through the process and once we communicated our wants/needs - that's exactly what we got! I would very much recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the Columbus area!
